When your package received by another person behalf of you, it is necessary to include information about that person in the "Credentials" section of our website.
We would like to bring to your attention the documents that the person whose information is attached to the credentials must show when receiving package.

• ID card or a copy (or scanned version)

• Customer code

To add a power of attorney: ⁣

• Visit Dynamex.az website⁣;

• Select the "Credentials" section from the left menu⁣;

• Enter the person's information by clicking the Add New Credential button.
